All financial transactions on z25 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). z25 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your z25 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. z25 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

z25's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit z25's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
You may close your z25 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification.
z25 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent z25 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
